Privacy and retention

Covo Franco Digital LLC processes the minimum data needed to provide the USD 49 Automated service: payment records, pasted redacted quote text, usage counts, automated processing events, and the delivered report.

Do not submit family, decedent, case, signature, banking, or personal contact information. Full customer PDFs are not accepted. Automated extraction and arithmetic run on our own service using local rules. Quote text is not sent to an external AI or LLM provider or used to train a model.

Intake and report content is deleted 30 days after delivery or refund. If a correction is open, content may remain for seven days after closure but never beyond 45 days after delivery. Financial and audit events are retained separately.

This service uses first-party operational events without quote text, provider labels, or email addresses. Support: support@funeralsoftwareprices.com.
