Refunds and corrections

The USD 49 Automated service is sold by Covo Franco Digital LLC. You may cancel for a full refund until we accept a complete intake. After acceptance, cancellation is closed.

If generation repeatedly fails or delivery misses 48 hours after automated acceptance, the bot starts a full-refund request. If the bot cannot interpret your text, you can clarify it or cancel before acceptance. Paid orders whose intake or requested changes are not submitted within seven calendar days are also refund-eligible.

You may request one automated correction through the private order portal within seven calendar days after delivery. A correction addresses transcription or scope application; it does not add quotes, operations, or negotiation.

Refund completion is confirmed only when the payment processor confirms the full amount. A request is not the same as a completed refund.
