Pay USD 49 once when the pilot is available. You then enter your quote in the private order portal.
Paste your redacted quote
Paste up to 40 short lines from one redacted quote, keeping the original fee wording and billing periods, and enter your user count and annual case volume if known. No worksheet upload or customer PDF is required.
Receive your PDF
Within 48 hours after automated acceptance, your report appears in the private order portal. The bot checks submitted text regularly. Ambiguous inputs return with a clarification request instead of a guessed result.
Do not submit family, decedent, case, signature, banking, or personal contact information.

This pilot extracts supported fees from your pasted quote, shows its calculations and points to the source line for each cost. It covers one provider; a comparison of competing quotes is outside its scope.
The report uses local extraction rules and verified arithmetic; no person reviews it.
Scope and limits
The bot supports explicit base, setup, migration, license, support, user and annual case-overage fees in English and USD. It flags renewal, tax, processing and exit terms for confirmation; it does not interpret contracts or include those charges in a complete total. Conditional prices, conflicting amounts and unsupported units require clarification. Local rules have a limited vocabulary and can miss context.
No vendor pays for placement, leads, financing, or recommendations. We do not negotiate or contact vendors, and we do not provide legal, financial, security, implementation, or procurement advice. We do not promise savings or make an absolute vendor recommendation.
You may cancel for a full refund before we accept the intake. A missed delivery deadline or repeated generation failure starts a full-refund request. If the bot cannot read your quote, you may clarify it or cancel for a full refund before acceptance. You may request one correction within seven calendar days after delivery.
Quote content is deleted 30 days after delivery or refund. An open correction may extend retention, but never beyond 45 days after delivery.
