Passare pricing (2026): what the record shows
No public price — ever. Passare has been quote-only since launch, priced by your annual case volume. What IS on the record: the full contract mechanics, the integrated processing fees, and a 2026 customer stating it costs 'significantly more' than SRS.
How much does Passare cost?
Passare does not publish a dollar subscription price. Its terms say subscription fees are based on annual at-need, trade and pet case counts for each location, with a one-year term that renews automatically and is repriced against actual volume. Setup and activation fees can apply when you add a location, so the only reliable number is the written quote for your case mix.
Questions buyers ask
Is Passare pricing public?
No. Passare's public terms describe the pricing inputs and contract mechanics, but do not state a monthly or annual dollar amount. Ask for the case bands, location assumptions and every one-time fee in writing.
Does Passare charge payment-processing fees?
Its integrated Deluxe Merchant Services option lists 2.95% for cards, 1% for ACH, $0.10 per transaction, $9 per month and a $25 chargeback fee. Those fees are separate from the software subscription and apply to family payments.

Each one is a specimen: the amount, what it buys, the class of evidence behind it, and the receipt — the page we opened and the date we read it.

What nobody has published
The subscription number itself
Never published: no pricing page has ever existed on passare.com (verified across 857 archived URLs, 2013–2026). Their 2015 sales form already asked 'What's your call volume?'. A 2024 forum thread titled 'how much are you paying for passare?' got zero numeric answers.
We're pursuing customer-shared invoices and quotes. If you use Passare, your number — anonymized — closes this gap.
Negotiation anchors
- July 2026, a director at 'a pretty big firm': 'Passare and Parting Pro were both significantly more expensive than SRS' (r/askfuneraldirectors). SRS lists at $2,495 one-time; one buyer reported a $10,000 all-in SRS package (Capterra review, Aug 2022). Parting Pro publishes $469/month.
